Jade Maintenance Plan

We offer an in-house plan which allows you to budget for all routine and essential dental treatment, with rates from as low as £17.75 per month. This plan includes the cost of two dental health examinations per year (including x-rays), two hygiene maintenance appointments plus a 10% discount on any essential treatment.

CODE Dental Plan

For complete peace of mind, our CODE Plan with rates from as low as £23.74 per month includes two dental health examinations per year (including x-rays), two hygiene maintenance appointments and the full cost of any essential treatment. The only additional cost would be any laboratory fees incurred or for any elective cosmetic treatment.

Both plans have additional benefits such as provision of emergency dental treatment (home or abroad), emergency out-of-hours recall fee, accidental injury cover and hospital cash benefit.

A £20 deposit is required for new patient consultations and a 50% deposit of treatments costs is required for all appointments over 40 minutes.

Please note, failed to attend appointments (FTA) and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee from £20 depending on the length of the appointment.

Prices include a full consultation and Itero 3D scan. Jade Dental Practice is one of the few practices in the area able to offer this type of scan. The scan allows a more accurate representation and comfortable experience than traditional dental impressions. The price also includes a panoramic x-ray (normally £50.00), Invisalign records and Clincheck (normally £500.00), all progress / review appointments, free tooth whitening (normally £250.00) and a set of three Vivera retainers (normally £350.00). A £20 deposit is required which is deducted from your Invisalign treatment costs should you choose to proceed. If not, the deposit is refundable.
